This course prepares students to be more confident in communicating with different audiences. Consequently, upon completion of this course, individuals following this course will be provided with the necessary skills to improve their ability in communicating with others with confidence. This will be useful to all individuals at the place of work irrespective of the industry or position they are in.

These skills serve as crucial catalysts for cultivating positive relationships, fostering collaboration, and achieving both personal and professional goals.
Throughout this course, we recognize that although many individuals engage in daily communication, not everyone does so effectively. To bridge this gap, our focus lies in developing comprehensive verbal and non-verbal communication skills and knowledge, equipping participants with the tools for effective and impactful communication with particular focus on the work environment.

Assessment
A summative assessment procedure will be used, and this will be applied at the end of the module when the students would have covered all the material covering all learning outcomes.
At the end of the course the trainees will be asked to complete a Multiple Choice Exam and to deliver 5-to-10-minute presentation on a previously agreed topic.
Assessment marks will be sent to students individually, by email.
Where possible and applicable, if revision of paper is necessary, then the assessment will be reviewed by a supplementary marker.
Final grade will be calculated as follows:
20% on attendance
70% on replies provided
10% on the presentation
A student must obtain a pass mark in all of the above components to be awarded the certification.
This course is made up of a total of 50 hours. These are divided in 12 contact hours, an estimate of 37 self-study hours and an hour of assessment.
