This Time Management, planning and work life balance training course is designed to help participants develop their skills in time management

Aims/Objectives of the Training

This Time Management and Work-Life Balance training course is designed to help participants:

  • develop their skills in time management to achieve more effective results in less time
  • be more productive while minimising stress
  • ensuring adequate time apart from work for other factors of importance to them

After completing this training programme, participants will have the skills and knowledge to:

  • Allocate the appropriate amount of time to a particular task
  • Efficiently plan each day and reduce time wastage
  • Increase individual productivity, accountability and commitment
  • Live a time-created stress-free life
  • Develop a laser-like focus on goals
  • Find quality and quantity time for personal relationships
  • Eliminate fatigue, delay, ambiguity and confusion in day-to-day work

5 sessions are recommended (though can be tailored to client’s distinct needs)

This course can be delivered online or face to face. The course will be delivered in English.
