Dylan Felice is an Executive at EMCS within the EU Advisory Unit, where he joined over 2 years ago. Through the years he has acquired extensive skills and knowledge on EU funding applications and the management and implementation of ERDF and ESF projects, including voluntary organisation projects. He is project managing a number of projects, where he provides advise and support in relation to procurement and the use of the structural funds database, among others. Dylan has a Master (Msc) in Public Policy and Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies. He has also obtained an Award in Public Procurement MQF5.
