This workshop will examine how the building blocks making up a business plan need to be linked to build a coherent analysis and strategic direction. The financials in the Business Plan also need to fit in within the other building blocks.

The aim of the workshop is to give you the tools to implement your Business Plan, rather than allow it be a document to be shelved.

Silvan holds a degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Malta and an MBA from the University of Reading, specialising in Corporate Finance and Business Leadership. Silvan has been involved in various sectors of the economy from telecommunications, financial services and also manufacturing, holding various managerial and directorship roles. Silvan is a Director for Advisory Services at EMCS Ltd: he specialises in advising family organisations on their strategy formulation, corporate governance, internal culture, operational processes & structuring, financial performance analysis and sourcing their financing needs.

Silvan has extensive experience in training and coaching business leaders. He currently holds the post of Chairperson of the Family Business Committee within the Malta Chamber of Commerce.
